MY GENEROSO PHOTOGRAPHY ART PROJECT

"My Generoso: a mountain as best friend" is one of Yuri Catania's latest artistic projects.
The physical photography exhibition is on shown from April 3rd to June 30, 2022 on “Fiore di Pietra” at the summit of Monte Generoso in the Swiss Italian Alps. At the same time, the project goes to the Metaverse of Spatial.io
For every day of the year, there is a unique NFT. Yuri Catania lives in Rovio in Switzerland at the foot of Monte Generoso and from his creative studio he enjoys a privileged view of that 1704 meters high mountain that dominates the surrounding landscape.
For him it was a great source of attraction.
Thus begins a relationship of friendship where the contemplation of the mountain becomes a moment of creation for the author. Its appearance is changeable and every day it changes its dress following the slow rhythm of the seasons.
Often she is alone, the undisputed dominator of an indigo blue sky, sometimes in the company of clouds that create geometries and designs in the sky, rarely but especially in the winter months completely wrapped in thick fog. And so as the days go by, it brings with it the colors and the production of works ranging from the bright green of late spring, to the yellow-red tones of autumn, to the browns of winter to the whiteness of the snow. There is no shortage for digital works, pop and animated versions.
A personal story in a melancholic key in which the author manages to grasp the beauty of this great mountain and show it in all its essence through photographic images and digital art.
